The WEDI TYPE Curbless Shower Pan Base is a low-profile, tile-ready shower foundation designed for modern, barrier-free shower installations. With a perimeter thickness of only 3/4 inch (19 mm), it allows for flush installation into the subfloor without cutting floor joists, preserving structural integrity.

Manufactured from closed-cell XPS foam and reinforced with fiberglass mesh and cementitious coating, this shower base is 100% waterproof, mold-resistant, and lightweight, while offering excellent load-bearing performance for residential and light commercial applications.

The factory pre-sloped surface ensures efficient drainage and supports both mosaic and large-format tiles. Each base includes a Click & Seal Drain Unit, providing a fast, secure, and glue-free connection to ABS, PVC, or cast iron waste pipes.

Ideal for curbless, accessible, and modern bathroom designs, the WEDI TYPE shower base significantly reduces installation time compared to traditional mortar bed systems.
